Hi! My name is Jade, I am 19 years old and a sophomore at the University of Maryland, College Park. I am the oldest of five, ranging in ages 6-19, and through a sometimes chaotic environment, I’ve managed to pick up several skills. I have acquired both patience and flexibility, as well as creativity when handling both my siblings and church/neighborhood kids. Because of my summer break off as a college student, I am looking for a position that will allow me to work with kids as a part time care provider. I enjoy drawing, doing crafts, and watching movies with kids of all ages! I specialize in keeping children engaged and prioritize attentiveness. I am a journalism major, so so am always open to assist with writing/reading homework, etc. Although I prefer having my weekends free, I may be available for occasional weekend care.
