I am currently a nanny. I have been here for 15 months. Prior to this job I had been a licensed family provider since 1996. I was also nationally accredited. Getting and maintaining a license in Maryland is no small thing. Plus I received many awards, 2 governor's citations, was president of the childcare association and won various grants. I have pages and pages of wonderful references. Although i am a trained, degreed chef, this is the most fulfilling job I have ever had. Children and parents need qualified caregivers they can rely on who become part of their lives.
