Hi my name is Ms.Monay. I am a Baltimore native who just moved to the Hanover area. I am new to the site but not new to babysitting or nannying. I have been in the childcare/education field for over 10 years. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and is Cpr/ first aid certification. I am also fully vaccinated + booster.I have my own vehicle and have experience transporting children. I have experience with all ages, from newborns and older. I was a preschool teacher for 7 years at John Hopkins homewood preschool , worked at summer camps, after school programs ,nanny and volunteer at many youth events. I have experience with morning/bedtime routine, bathing , meal prep, light cleaning or just an extra set of hands to help out. I am comfortable with babysitting more then one child at a time as well. I focus on each Read more child individually, recognizing his or her differences, need for nurturing, growing independence, physical energy,and creativity. I believe children learn best from hands-on experiences through play rather than verbal.
