Hello, I’m Ms. Ashley. I am a twenty-nine year old woman who has a strong dedication and passion for the enhancement and developmental well-being of young children. Since the age of eighteen I have participated in numerous workshops and studies to further my knowledge pertaining to the development of young children. I began my studies as a part-time floater in the state of Maryland in the Montgomery county child development centers. There I worked with children ages 10 months-3 years. I was a teacher’s aide. My duties and responsibilities to name a few were planning age-appropriate activities to enhance the development of young children while working diligently to assist each child meet developmental milestones. Further into my experience I worked in centers in Arlington Virginia with ages 3 months- 2years. I am much more than a Teacher. I am a child advocate as well. I have found that children are pure and they deserve the right to be in the company of individuals who are dedicated to lead them to exploration and adventures that will assist those to grown into young adults. Often time’s children are conditioned and limited below their imagination. I am here to say children under my care are given the opportunity to express themselves freely and utilize their imaginations and curiously. I motivate children under my care to explore and discover a variety of materials and tools. Ms. Ashley to the rescue! While I value each adventure within the classroom I also have over ten years of Nanny Experience. I have built amazing repors with families over the year that I cherish dearly. As a Nanny my duties are to meet the needs of the parents to the best of my ability while communication accordingly and accurately any and all information involving the growth of the children.
