Hello my name is Loren! I am 32 years old and I am a mother of three awesome kiddos- ages 7,6,and 4. I am recently divorced but was married for 9 years. During my marriage I was a stay at home mom. It was a blessing to be able to watch my kids grow and be so close to them while managing the household. It’s truly eye opening how such tiny humans taught me so much about myself and I personally feel that they made me a better person through the ups and downs of motherhood. I’m an Annapolis native and went to Archbishop Spalding high school- graduated May 2007. I continued my education and went to Anne Arundel community college; as well as Salisbury University for early education to become an elementary teacher/English major. I received my degree; however life had other plans for me in my early 20s Read more and I married my military ex husband 2012. My family is located in Davidsonville. My mother and father have been together since grade school and I have an older sister who lives in NC now. During high school and throughout college I had many babysitting jobs, administrative and customer service jobs. However I steadily worked for the Veres family for many years being a their nanny and even was a live in for a few months. The mother is a lawyer In Annapolis and she had just given birth to twin boys and had a three year old son (when I started). Those boys are now all in college but they became family. I watched them grow, and their family deal with divorce/took care of them and the house hold needs for many years. I would go on vacation with the family and take care of the boys. I would transport them to school, camps, play dates, and appointments-It was a wonderful experience. I have previously held a CPR certification however it needs to be renewed. I am interested in nannying again because my children are now in grade school and I miss the nurturing spark that comes from being hands on with young children. Life is intense these days and it’s hard to find good, genuine people- especially to trust with your children; which I completely understand. I love animals and helping others. I have reliable transportation (a Honda Odyssey) and am looking to start working ASAP. I have a playful and enthusiastic personality and am flexible with changes however I am looking for full time/permanent position.
