I have always loved children since I was still a child myself. At church and at school, I was drawn to kids and loved playing with them and caring for them. As soon as I could, I worked as a mother's helper (from ages approximately 10-13), and I have been babysitting from then on. I also regularly provide childcare at my church, supervising groups of up to 20 children. It is very important to me to be an active babysitter- playing games and being active instead of sitting on the couch watching TV. I also love to build connections with children to make them more comfortable and make sure that they enjoy the time we spend together.
