She simply never showed up. We spoke over the phone, she sent me her references, and I sent her our address a couple days prior. I had already indicated a date and time over the phone. I texted and called her the morning of to confirm and she never responded and her phone went straight to voicemail. I have had people cancel last minute, but this was way worse by far.
