Hello! I’m Madison , I graduated high school a year early almost 3 years ago! Which the more I say that it sounds so long ago😩. Fresh out of High school I decided I was going to instantly start working with children. Followed by I took any active rolls that I can just so I can grow not only my childcare experience but learning about the many different environments. I went into being a Program Leader for after scho which ages ranged from Pre-k-Middle school , Then so on I took a leap into working with children of special needs and also behavioral issues from again pre-k-High school! Baby sitting has always been in my resume I probably have the most experience in that area starting at the age of 15! I believe working with children just comes natural to me I naturally adapt to them. It keeps my attitude Read more positive also keeping me on my toes and I’m always learning new things even as a growing adult.I have every autistic training I’ve done despite caregiving for all ages! Also My first aide/ Cpr Infant and Adult! I have been welcomed in so many different ways and environments so I personally believe that I somehow have a gift there’s nothing I can’t do and if I can’t I am always willing to learn.
