Hi there! I am responsible, caring, and fun sitter. I love thinking of games and crafts and enjoy reading with kids of all ages. I was a nanny for for a family of two boys in college (ages 1 and 6) and have been babysitting since I was 15 for kids I all ages. I was also a lifeguard so I have had CPR and first aid training. I also used to help plan and run bedtime story time at Urbana library. We would plan a theme to incorporate games and music/dancing to correlate with a chosen book. The kids would come in their pajamas for story time. It was really fun! I am also training to become a yoga instructor (completing this June) and have shadowed several children's classes. We can do yoga together if your kids want to try it! Children's yoga involves more music, dancing, and making Read more up silly poses or poses for different animals. Lastly, I was a camp counselor at Girl Scout camp for two summers in high school. I ran the crafts station. In college I also helped plan and run events for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts to earn their science badges through completing a variety of learning activities (crafts, games, and fun experiments).
