After writing messages and speaking on the phone, Nerina gave me 3 references to contact, all family friends. I decided to schedule an interview after contacting her references which she agreed to via text. Day of the interview, no text message or call to say she wouldn’t be coming. A complete waste of time! Better to have found out before she wouldn’t be reliable but as a busy working mom, i have very little time to waste on no shows.
