l have been a private nanny for the last fifteen years in New Jersey, North Carolina, Washington, and now Maryland. However, I took time off to have children of my own, and when I began offering care again, I chose to offer care out of my own home so that I was able to provide for my own children as well. I have experience watching multiple children, twins, and children with developmental disabilities. Every summer for 10 years I have volunteered at a 1-on-1 camp for children with developmental disabilities handling all duties including bathing, changing diapers on teenage campers, feeding, engaging in activities, dispensing medications, transitioning campers in wheelchairs into another chair or bed, etc. We love music, arts and crafts, and being outside when the weather permits.
