Hello! My name is Trice and I have been working in education for about five years in D.C. and eight years in South Carolina. As the oldest of 12 siblings, education and youth development has been my passion. I am an avid reader and a huge fan of a good book and story time. I am able to cook for various dietary needs and love to engage in get up and go activities to keep the kids moving. I am currently a second grade teacher, but I have experience working with children from preschool through collegiate level. I have worked with visually impaired, as well as children with behavior or social disorders. I know how to be patient and allow a child to warm up to me and feel comfortable. As well as knowing when to be a bit firm and compassionate. I have experience babysitting multiple children as well. Read more I am CPR and First Aid certified. For activities and games I am a big fan of an interactive story time! Because of my education background, almost all of my activities and interactions with children are intentional and encourages academic or social emotional development.
