Our kids loved Olga. They connected with her immediately and when they woke up the next day, they asked when she'd be back. To us, that's a great sign! Olga was very professional: she got in touch with us ahead of time to ask about their schedule, arrived a bit earlier, sent us a message letting us know how they did with dinner and going to bed. She was great!
