Christelle and I had an interview scheduled for which she did not call or show up. After reaching out to her as I was waiting for her to arrive, I did not receive a response for several hours from her apologizing for missing the interview. The fact that she did not offer a call or message to cancel the interview shows that she is irresponsible and unreliable which are not good traits for a nanny when a family will be depending on you.

I contacted Christelle because the sitter I booked cancelled last minute. She was avl and she came to my rescue! She was also on time and friendly . very thankful she did that for me last minute.
