Hi my name is Alexis I am 19 years old I will be 20 in September. I have always loved kids , and pets. My senior year I had to stay at home and so school online too watch my 2 year old brother for my mom. I helped a lot with him , as he was very close to me as well. I’ve helped my mom out as well when she had a second kid and I stayed in the hospital with her and took care of him as she was not feeling well. Before that I volunteered at a community center where I’m from at 12 as a Junior Counselor . I did this until I was 16. My last year there I was given cash for being a lot of help. We had a big group of kids from the ages of 3 too 15. We had Read more other camps come join us for fun which included kayaking , rock climbing, arts and crafts , computer time , and sports. Since then I’ve mostly worked at Restaurant jobs , but I’m doing more college this semester and want a different scene of job. Before I moved to Florida in October I was staying with a friend and watched her 5 year old that then turned 6. My friend had to work and her daughter wasn’t in school anymore due to when Covid started. I watched her from the time she woke up until the mother got home which was around 5-6pm. I’ve always been told I’ve been great with kids and I want to provide good care to any kiddos that need it while parents are at work. I’m great with animals , always had a lot growing up , and I did have my own dog for awhile.
