Hello! My name is Aaliyah (Jordan) Thomas, as of currently I am a daycare substitute part-time, and partake in childcare here on SitterCity on the side. Very soon I will be full time at Doc's Early Leaning and Daycare as a Teacher, looking to further my education to teach grade school. I have a background in Emergency Medical Planning / Response (EMP/EMR) since 2018, having been certified in CPR and AED operation every two years, and graduated High School with 500 hours as a Medical/Emergency volunteer. On a personal level, I am the eldest child of five, I've always been interested in helping all those around me and finding creative ways for children of all ages to learn. I am born Deaf/Hard of Hearing in both ears, equipped with hearing aids, understandable speech, and capable of moderate conversational sign (American Sign Language).

I highly recommend Aaliyah as a nanny/caregiver. She is responsible, patient, and incredibly compassionate. She has a natural ability to connect with children, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for them to thrive. Aaliyah is dependable and always takes her responsibilities seriously. She is attentive to children's needs, whether it’s ensuring their safety, helping with schoolwork, or engaging them in creative play. Her calm and warm demeanor makes her a comforting presence, and she handles challenges with grace and problem-solving skills. She is also highly communicative and professional, keeping parents well-informed while respecting family routines and values. Her dedication and genuine care make her an invaluable caregiver, and I would trust her wholeheartedly with any child's well-being.
