Hi! My name is Mackenzie, I’m 19 years old and passionate about working with kids. I love being a sitter because I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I love building connections with kids, helping them learn and grow, and making everyday activities enjoyable. I currently work at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bangor and have experience working with children ages 5–12 years old, though I’m open to caring for younger or older age groups as well. Through my experience, I’ve learned how to handle different personalities, keep kids engaged, and maintain a structured but fun environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience with childcare, supervision, activity planning, and meal/snack preparation thanks to my culinary background. I’m reliable, patient, responsible, and always aim to make both children and parents feel comfortable and supported.
