Meet Lourine
I majored in Anthropology and have just finished my degree at a small college in upstate New York. Last year I participated in a semester in Kenya with her university where I studied many aspects of Kenyan culture and got an opportunity to meet very interesting people. Anthropology allows her to study people from around the world and discover more about the shared ideas and behaviors that are present among seemingly different communities. Now I plan to pursue a master’s degree and apply my Anthropology knowledge to the field of public health. In her free time I enjoy reading many books, listening to music and watching movies, as well as being outside. Throughout college, my love for learning has inspired me to inspire elementary students by participating in a reading and math tutoring program, as well as a mentoring program and lastly, by working at a Children's Museum located in Read more my home town.
