Started off with a great interview, and then things declined rapidly after hire. Within days of starting, asked for multiple days off and then took multiple days off for a mysterious illness. Previous employer warned of unreliability, but we took the gamble nonetheless. When stated we would part ways as she was no longer a good fit for us - she became very delusional and made several false allegations regarding our expectations and clear guidelines for what being our nanny would entail. Overall - physically, emotionally and mental unstable.
