Growing up my older sister was much older than me. She has 6 children whom I have grown up babysitting since I was 12 years old. When my sister would go on vacation I would stay over night, cook for them, get them on and off the bus, packed their lunches, and helped them with homework. My senior year of high school I was a teacher cadet for kindergarten and helped them with their homework and if they were struggling in class everyday for an hour. I coach a younger girls volleyball team so I am constantly working with children even being in college. These children I have had in my life have helped me decide on going into social work as a career so I can work with children and those ones in need. I have also worked for four years at our local coffee shop that my sister Read more owns. I loved this job because I am such a people person and I talked everybody's ears off.
