I am the dream auntie, big sister, older cousin, and caregiver for my family. I have taken care of every younger child in my immediate and extended family ranging from newborn to those in their early 20s. Much more recently I was taking care of newborn twins (for 4 months) which has been both my biggest challenge and reward. I have experience in hospitality and housekeeping. From my safety officer position at Amazon, I can recognize toxic ingredients in most household cleaning products. I have extensive knowledge around holistic and tough agent disinfectants. I am good with animals, I have two cats and a bearded dragon at home. I lived on a farm in my home country, I have experience with dog training, raising chickens, tending to horses and more. I worked at a pet shop briefly in Ann Arbor, my specialty was taking care of small animals. From my Read more work experience at the pet shop, I have extensive knowledge of dog and cat nutrition, small ailments, and food products offered at all pet stores. I have first aid and CPR certifications. I do my own research combined with my cultural knowledge on aiding babies and children through colds and flus. Both with herbs and over the counter medications. (Side note: I have been known to burp almost any baby). I am constantly brushing up on my own knowledge surrounding Montessori methods to help guide toddlers and young children through fine and major motor skills, emotional regulation, non-verbal and verbal communication. Although I’m not an expert, I try to stay as informed as possible. Through trial, error, patience, repetition, and positivity, I have witnessed amazing results. I pride myself on being able to connect with big and little humans from practically anywhere around the world. I operate through respect, kindness, patience, and boundaries for myself, my littles, and all supporters involved.
