I’m a local Mother to the most amazing 9 year old daughter. In the past, I have also served as both an occasional Babysitter and a long term Nanny/Caregiver for up to (4) children households aged newborns through 12 years old+ children. As well as per family needs, I’m happy to simultaneously help wherever or however else I can to ease the day to day stressors. As I’ve also provided child transportation, meal prep, random errand assistance, to household chores while caregiving for past families, both on a short term and long term basis. As a single Mother myself, I now know firsthand the importance and difference the right “help” can be in my own life. So I’m happy and eager to help the right family to the best of my ability. I have a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a Minor in Health Administration. Prior to that degree, I nearly finished another Bachelor’s degree in Nursing as a University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) student for 3 years/Clinicals before transferring majors my Senior year at U of M. I have 10+ years of on/off experience working for a variety of professional families, past teachers, and family/friends over the years. In addition, to a short period of time I was also employed as an Infant Caregiver after my daughter was born at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield. Ideally I am looking for a full-time position with a great family near our home in Birmingham. But I am open to helping for date nights/weekends and providing short term help.
