I currently nanny for two girls ages 2 and 3 1/2 years.  The family is relocating and I am seeking new position.  I would prefer part-time until 3:00 pm so I can continue to support my daughters ages 17, 16, and 12 in their after school sports but I am willing to be flexible. I enjoy playing; singing, dancing, reading, and learning about nature by spending lots of time outside and at parks. I like to use my imagination. I like to talk to children and understand their thoughts and feelings. I like to learn and explore.  I appreciate the little wonders each day similar to a child so I can relate to how they view their world. I incorporate learning concepts like letters, numbers, counting, colors, and shapes into every day tasks. I am currently a student at Schoolcraft in Early Childhood Education.  I have seven years experience working Read more with preschool children. I respect each child for the unique talents and interests they have. I will strive to nurture those areas. I also have worked with elementary ages and taught high school science for six years prior to becoming a mother. I  have a background in theater so I love to play pretend and make a great storyteller.
