I have 10 years experience working with children and families. I began working specifically with infants and toddlers when my own child began preschool. I left very long hours in retail management with minimal flexibility for a schedule allowing me more time with my child. I have worked in child development ever since. I possess a Child Development Assosciate, infant & toddler based. I started my work with Head Start as an Assistant Teacher in the infant room. I eventually, became Lead Teacher and Center Administrator, all in their Early Head Start Programs. I also served as a Family Service Worker for HS, where I recruited and enrolled families into the program. Most recently I ran the Infant room as Head Teacher with GPPSS PreSchool at Barnes. I am currently a Site Director with the Kids Club Program with GPPSS. I love watching children grow as they explore and learn.
