*Currently seeking occasional sitting opportunities* Hello! My name is Molly. I'm 31 years old and have been working in childcare for the past five years. I'm currently working full time as an infant nanny and postpartum doula, but am open to date nights and occasional sitting when my schedule permits. I have the most experience with ages 0-2, but I'm open to working with older children as well. I focus on learning through play, whether that's exploring the outdoors, music and movement, or sensory/motor skills activities. With older kids, I like playing games and doing crafts. In terms of discipline, I rely on natural consequences and talking out our feelings. Molly is an amazing caregiver. She's been watching our son for over one year and during that time has become such an important part of his life. Not only does she demonstrate incredible patience and love; she also comes up with activities that align with his interests and are learning opportunities. She genuinely cares about him and his growth and development. I work from home and have the opportunity to witness how great she is on a daily basis.
