Hello! My name is Onya Sterling and I am so excited you have visited my profile! I have over 6 years experience in child care through many different facets including Nannying, Babysitting, Coaching, and being a Camp Counselor, both as an entry level and leadership roles, working with kids from infants all the way through high school age students. I believe in strong communication, compassion, patience, and FUN! I love to play games, sports, watch movies, do arts and crafts, cook, bake, read, and love finding new fun ways to engage and entertain your little ones. Furthermore, I take their safety and care with the highest regard and consideration as I know how precious they are to you. I also believe in talking things through and having a conversation to meet the needs of your little ones so that we can work on emotional intelligence and self-awareness together rather than Read more shouting or punishing them. I do not believe in physical discipline, nor do I believe in yelling or shouting at the little ones either. I love spending time with your kids, and am more than willing to adapt to any specifications or requirements that you request so that we can be on the same page. I do request that we both maintain open and consistent lines of communication so that I am able to meet the needs and expectations that you have for your child/children.
