We then moved back here to Kawkawlin, to be closer to family. I cared for children in my home for a while, then when we decided to build our own home, I went to work at Head Start in Bay City for a while, until my daughter was born. I then cared for some of my friends children, in their homes, along with my daughter, until our house was built. And then I started caring for children in my home. which is what I still do today.:-) We have a large yard to play in, set far back from the road, and many toys and activities, both outside and in.:-) We have chickens and a duck to watch. I have low rates. Only 4 dollars per hour for one child, and 3 dollars an hour for additional children.
