Hello, My name is Chris. I am the oldest of 3. I have a younger sister and two younger brothers, who are twins. I have been babysitting and doing daycare most of my life. I have been a father since I was 18 years old.i have 5 children. My oldest two are from a teen relationship of 8 years. While my youngest three are from my 20 year marriage. I was a stay-at-home Dad for my youngest three for 18 years. I also homeschooled them through highschool and did daycare out of our home. I was also certified in First aid and CPR certified. Which I am willing to do again. I also did foster care for several years through Bay County. I completed PRIDE training while being a foster parent. I also have had training in special needs children. I have two nephews who have Asperger's and I have Read more went through training in helping them cope and live. When I returned to the outside workforce I was able to work at a preschool/daycare, which I loved. Seeing the look in a child's eyes as they achieve a new talent is amazing. I also ran the nursery at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 2 years. While I homeschooled my children we had a homeschool group that we met with a few timea a week. We would us our individual talents to teach our children. I am highly experienced with cleaning and organization. I have an associate's degree in psychology and other training in working with children. I would love the opportunity to work with children and families on a regular basis and see them mature and grow as individuals.
