I started out my childcare career helping out family friends with babysitting. During covid, I was a nanny for a family friend while they worked from home. After this, I became a full time nanny in the summer and this turned into part-time once the kids were back in school. I also gained more experience working with children because I assisted my mom in her Sunday School class. After I returned to in person school I could no longer babysit. I worked as a Patient Care assistant at U of L hospital, through that I gained more patient experience. Finally through my job at U of L hospital I got my Adult and Infant basic life support certification.
