My interest in child care began when I was a child myself. On the weekends when my family would attend church I preferred going to the nursery, even when I was too old to be there, in order to play with the children younger than me. Ever since I was 14 years old I have had multiple child care jobs ranging from a nursery setting to after school care to 9-5 summer nanny positions. I think there is so much to be learned from interacting with children as well as their families. I love building relationships with the children I care for so that they feel comfortable to be themselves.

Leigha took care of our 2 month old baby about 8 times while we were in the Asheville area on vacation last month. She was completely professional and sweet, she was never late, and always flexible with her schedule. I was nervous about leaving such a young baby with a sitter but after the first time Leigha watched out son I was completely comfortable and felt that he was safe and happy with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leigha to anyone looking for a sitter for a newborn or older child, she was wonderful and we wish we had someone like her back home.
