My name is Erin Meyer and I am a current freshman at Calvin College where I m pursuing a Master s in Speech Pathology and a minor in Spanish. I am a responsible, capable, and reliable individual with a love for children. My experience in caring for kids is extensive as I have been a volunteer in the Children s Ministries at Ivanrest Church since 5th Grade and have been employed as a babysitter and nanny for multiple families in the area for about six years. I would LOVE to watch your kids this summer! I have reliable transportation and am more than willing to transport your kids to the park, library, or other fun activities. I have been a part-time summer nanny for two other families where the kids and I spent time playing lots of card/board games and active games outside; playing at the park; using our imaginations Read more as boat captains, doctors, or spies; creating artistic masterpieces; spending time outside with chalk, lemonade stands, scooters, soccer,and more; and doing whatever other fun activities the kids wanted to do. The family I nannied for last summer wanted their kids to read 30 minutes every day, so I tried to make that as fun as possible for the kids by creating forts to read in, going outside to read, having them read in the car on the way to somewhere, or reading aloud together. I like to keep the house tidy throughout the day and am willing to do other light housekeeping jobs if desired. I would love to hear from you if you are looking for a sitter!
