I started working with cognitively impaired students when I was a senior in high school which gave me the joy and passion to continue working with kids. It led me to become a teacher aide at a summer migrant program. I’ve been working with second graders for 2 years and I also have 3 younger sisters that I have been looking after for my whole life. I also participate at my church with the little kids group by assisting the teacher with activities and bible stories. I’ve been surrounded by kids almost my whole life and I am a punctual, energetic, and dependable person. Also, I am CPR, and First Aid certified and possess a current driver’s license with a clean driving record. Over and above, I understand children’s varying developmental needs.
