Hi! My name is Alana, and I have over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for and supporting children ranging from 3 months to 13 years old. I'm based in Holly, MI, and I’m more than happy to commute for the right family and the perfect fit. Throughout my years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working in both home and classroom settings. I was an assistant teacher at Milford Montessori, where I helped create a nurturing, structured environment focused on child development and early learning and built strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. I also worked as an assistant at Little Treasures, where I supported daily routines, and engaged children in creative play.
