Hi my name is Kayla Esch. I am currently a junior at Western Michigan University studying PR and marketing. Babysitting and/or Nannying are one of the things I really enjoy because I love kids and have a lot of patience. In the past I have coached cheerleading ages 7-12 for 4 years. Over the past summer I nannied for a total of 5 families. The kids ranged from 3-12 years of age. Some of the things I was in charge of doing was laundry, preparing meals, helping with homework, picking the kids up from school etc. Going from house to house was really fun and the kids always kept my days interesting. Connected with Kayla after she applied to my job posting. Impressed with her application I booked her for two babysitting nights. She canceled the first sitting on the morning it was scheduled citing strep throat. Followed up with her a week later to confirm the second sitting we booked, and no response. I wouldn't recommend hiring her.
