Heres a little bit about me: I am 20 years old, I grew up in a small town called Kent City and graduated from Grant High School in 2020. I took two years of college at Ferris State University. I previously moved from big rapids to grand rapids and transferred to GRCC where I am now taking online classes. I am majoring in business management where I want to start a business somehow relevant to working with kids! I just starting renting out a house on my own in grand rapids on the west side. With that being said I am hoping I can get a set schedule with a set income so I know I am able to make rent each month and still be able to have a little comfortable money to spend each month. I have 6+ years of experience working with children, 3 of them years Read more were at my local hometown daycare! My experience is with newborn-school aged children! I am cpr and first aid certified aswell. I have always had a special love for children, I feel as if I have always been able to communicate with them in a special way! Aside from that, I just love creating bonds with little ones and helping shape them to be the best them they can be. With the past family I was working for, I did bring my 3 year old neice with me to their house while I nannied for them on Monday's and Tuesday's as my sister is super paranoid and doesn't trust anyone with my niece, so I am hoping I can still accommodate that in my schedule! My niece is very easy to get along with as far as any kids I've nannied or babysat and brought her around goes, it's usually been more of a playdate in the past and something the kids actually look forward to. I have many references from both the daycare I worked at and the many families that I have babysat/ nannied for! I am looking for a family that has a consistent schedule and that I can depend on and that feels they can depend on me.
