Hello! My name is Amanda! But I also go by Mandii and Moo! I am currently 33 years old and my husband and I reside in Lapeer, MI. We currently do not have children of our own… yet, but we are inlove with our 3 fur sons. (Three handsome kitties!) I work remotely, where I run the communications department. I have been with my current employer since July of 2018, following my 7+ years as a leader at The Walt Disney World Resort (specifically the Old Key West resort). From the time I was approximately 15, I have always enjoyed taking care of children. So, I started babysitting when I was a teen, as well as taking care of my “baby” brother, who is ten years younger than me. I have to say, the most memorable time of my life was my career at Disney. Unless you have worked there Read more as a Cast Member, you will never truly understand the blissful magic it withholds! I grew up going there with my grandparents, so being able to start a career there was truly incredible. This time, I was the one creating the magic! I may not work for Disney anymore, but my love for children has never wavered. I am a firm believer that you don’t need to be inside a fairytale land to create that magic. All you need is alittle pixie dust, a vivid imagination and one empathetic heart! I have had the pleasure and responsibility of taking care of families from all over the world, children of all ages, and all with their own uniquely special mind, voice and heart.
