Growing up I wanted to be a teacher. In high school I was in a cadet teacher academy which allowed me to work in many classroom settings. The classrooms that I worked in were preschool, kindergarten and second grade. I have a strong love for children and animals and would love to work with them again. As I got older I wanted to go into occupational therapy because for my whole life I have seen and helped my family take care of my grandfather that is in a wheelchair due to a car accident. So I have always wanted to help people even if it is with the most basic everyday needs.
