Meet Yeraldi

Hi! My name is Yeraldi, and I’m a rising sophomore at the University of Notre Dame, currently interning in Washington D.C. for the summer. I’ve been babysitting for about a year, mostly for my mother’s friends when they’ve needed an extra hand, but truthfully, I’ve been caring for kids my whole life. As the oldest daughter of four and the oldest cousin in my family, I’ve naturally stepped into the “second parent” role, helping with everything from diaper changes to homework help. I speak both English and Spanish, and I love working with children of all ages. Kids bring me joy, their energy, curiosity, and kindness remind me why I care so much about building a safe and nurturing space for them to grow. I believe in patience, responsibility, and leading with empathy.
