In the past ten years, I've been working as a substitute teacher in the Clarkston Area schools k-12 grades. I watched a two year old girl in Independence twp. Plus finished raising my own boys who are now 22 and 24 studying at the university level. My babysitting experience began at age 14, babysitting in Rochester Hills. My childcare education began at Holly Comunitee Ed through a state sponsored childcare program called Summer Kids which I worked at for three summers. I received a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from UM with additional classes at OCC in Criminal Justice and Psychology to work as a caseworker. I am a passionate 18 year old high school senior who has spent the last two years learning about children as it is my dream to be a teacher. I have experience in a young fives classroom along with babysitting on and off since I was 13 and I have two younger sisters (3) and (4) who I have been very involved in raising.
