Hello, my name is Akia I've been working with children on and off since I was 12 years of age. I enjoy working with children because of the joy kids bring, and being able to provide some stress relief for families. Such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life. I have been working with children all my life from babysitting for family and friends, becoming a nanny at the age of 16 and also starting at my mothers work where she is a certificated child care profession and I hope to be as well. I have worked with all ages from newborn to 14 years old. I am CPR certified My availability through out the week is very open and flexible. My hours are usually from 6 am until 6p.m Read more but of course I am willing to work that out as well. My home is open to come to ( i prefer it) I watch one child now who has a full schedule with me and i also pick up my niece from South Oceanside Elementary so I can help with picking up, after school help with homework if need be.
