I enjoy being a sitter because I grew up taking care of my little siblings and cousins so as an eldest child, it has been an essential yet fulfilling part of my life. Additionally, I think kids are such a joy to be around and great companions to have fun with! I am currently a University of Michigan senior studying to become a child and adolescent psychiatrist so I am very passionate about caring for children! I used to work at Michigan Medicine on the child psychiatry unit, was a caregiver for my ailing grandma, and was a Behavioral Technician at an ABA clinic; I have a wealth of experience working with those who have special needs and in caring for those who struggle to care for themselves. I am CPR/BLS certified and have skills in redirecting maladaptive behaviors, toileting/oral care, feeding, providing companionship, and helping with homework.
