Hello, my name is Hannah Gurney! I have been babysitting and working with children nearly my entire life. I started as a mother's helper at the age of 10, and started to babysit when I was twelve years of age. Now being twenty-one years of age I have had my fair share of experience with all types of children and all ages. I have taken care of newborns and all ages above. I also have experience with special needs children. I am currently enrolled at Grand Valley State University studying Elementary Education. Therefore, as you can see my entire life nearly revolves around children. I will be returning home this summer and am in search of a child care position with an amazing family! I will be home Mid-May and will be here until mid-August. I am very hands on and interactive with children and love to create activities, play Read more outside (I love sports and being active!)I love to be interactive with any activities the children enjoy, such as sports, games, drama, music anything you can think of! I also am always able and love to help children with homework! When I take care of children I always make sure to pick up after myself and the child. I am able to help around the house with laundry, dishes, light housework, and whatever else you may need. I am also able to pick up and drop off children at any time for any occasion. I have a clean driving record and a very safe, new reliable car. I have nannied for a family for two years with two young girls (1 and 3) since the oldest was 11 months old. Due to the fact that I went away for school they now have a new nanny and no longer need me as much, therefore, I am looking for a wonderful new family that would need me more than what they do at this time.
