Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m a 26 year old experienced nanny and babysitter currently residing in Novi, MI. Along with being empathetic, compassionate, and patient, I’m a huge advocate for safe spaces and allowing kids to be themselves without judgement. I have my Masters degree from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in Educational Studies (Writing, Reading, Proofreading, English, etc., focused). Literacy and reading comprehension are two important ideas I’ve always been interested in. For 2 years, I was a nanny for 3 kids, ages 8, 10, and 13. The 13 year old (say, ‘Nora’) had extreme anxiety and took her classes online. I was there for all of them but made sure Nora and I worked together to become less anxious and get through her education effectively. I’d also babysat 2 boys (5 and 7 years old) growing up in my hometown of Armada. Few fun facts about me!
