Hi I'm Erin! I am a masters student at Michigan State University. I am currently completing my masters online in dietetics. My goal is to be a registered dietitian working in pediatric dietetics. I enjoy working with kids and started babysitting when I was 13 years old for families around my neighborhood. In high school I began working as a nanny during the summers and some of my jobs included picking up and driving kids to various locations such as camp, daycare or sports activities. I also was in charge of making meals, straightening up around the house, letting pets out, etc. In college I worked at Cranbrook Summer Camps as a camp counselor I did this for 3 summers in a row. During this job my co-counselor and I would watch about 10 3-4 year olds. We would help with coordinating their schedule and making sure they would get Read more to each activity on time. We also planned activities to keep them entertained such as freeze dance, reading a book to them, "hot potato", etc. This past summer I nannied for a 5 month old baby. I have enjoyed working with kids of many different ages. During my undergrad I did school and worked at the same time. This taught me to be organized and timely which continues to reflect in my jobs.
