Child care and pet care have been a part of my life ever since I joined a babysitting program at my school when I was in 4th grade. Although I have 8 years of strong experience in sitting, I have always enjoyed picking up shifts when the opportunity arose. Although I am a registered respiratory therapist with current C.P.R. and B.L.S. (basic life support) certifications, I'm looking for a more steady position that doesn't require extremely frequent on-call now that I'm engaged, though I'm happy to pick up a date night shift. Keeping children engaged and interested in learning is important; I enjoy finding fun projects to do together, as well as tutoring with school projects as needed. I'm just as happy to play mariokart or board games for those cozy evenings in, as well.
