I am the mother of a 5 year old little boy and have raised him on my own. On an average day when I get home we eat dinner, then have an exercise activity like going to the park, or walking the dogs. We play games together and even enjoy video games. I have watched my nieces and nephews in the past and I enjoyed having them. I love kids and maybe will have another some day but for now me and my son would enjoy experiencing other people's children. I work full time Monday through Friday, but I am home by 6pm and can watch children in my home until as late as 12 midnight. The weekends I am normally available as well and your children are welcome to participate in any activities we have planned, per your approval of course. Also for the parents who work third shift I do have a spare bed if ever the children would need to stay the night. I have no criminal record and 100 % behind having a backround check done. I know a few police officers who could give me reference also any of my previous employers, since they all have met my son and witnessed how I am with him. Other than watching friends kids if hired this will be my first actual paying babysitting position. Oh I should also mention although I am not a teacher by profession I do love to learn and teach others which I'm sure may be a likable quality in a sitter.
