Hi all, I'm Emily, and I'm a 22 year old college student at the University of Michigan. I am currently taking a semester off to move back home and support my family, so I will be in the Rochester area until January! I'd be happy to fulfill any short-term, date night, or holiday season related babysitting needs! I'm the oldest of 3 siblings and 10 cousins (the youngest of those being 10-18 years younger than me), so I grew up caring for other children. I really leaned into that role when I was in high school and I took both a childcare course that focused on infant care and infant specific CPR, and a general lifeguarding course. I continued to babysit children throughout my teenage years, mostly younger kids in my neighborhood. It's been a few years since then, and I genuinely miss being able to connect and play with Read more little kiddos. I would consider myself to be pretty high energy as well, so keeping up with several children at once has never been an issue for me, and as an animal lover I would consider having a pet in the house a plus! I would love to get to know you and your family and be a valuable and fun addition to your children's' lives.
