Hello! I am Lisa, I am a veteran early childhood teacher and early interventionist available for providing child care on a part-time basis. I am a mother to a 16 year old and remember that feeling of wanting to make plans but not sure who, outside of my family, did I feel comfortable leaving my little one with. I am confident I can provide your family with security and trust so you feel comfortable leaving your little ones in my care. I am comfortable and competent in providing care for little ones with special needs: Physical, Medical based, Developmental and most Behavioral Needs. I am happy to meet you before we work together, and certainly hope after meeting you will be comfortable with me providing care for your family! I have a Bachelor's of Science in: Early Childhood Education and a minor in social work. I have been trained in Read more infant/child/adult CPR and First Aid. I began teaching preschool in 2002 and took a reprieve in 2016 when I branched out to explore the social work piece of my degree. And due to Covid related challenges decided to make a career change and am now in the Medical Field. I am available in the evenings, and weekends to provide care. I am willing to cook meals and help clean up after the kids while providing care. I am comfortable with dogs and cats as long as they are not aggressive.
