Hi my name is Angie!! I currently work at Powerhouse Gym South Lyon,MI. I work I their kids zone daycare part time afternoons. I really like it there!! the other teacher I work with is really cool. If I want an extra shift she will let you have it. I have worked in the daycare field for 12 years. I have worked with infants, toddlers, preshoolers and elementary age children. I like to have a place where I can work a 11-2p.m. shift M W F and and an afternoon shift on Saturday starting from 3-9 p.m. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Eastern Michigan University. I graduated June of 2000. I currently live in South Lyon,Mi with my husband. We do not have children. I am a non smoker. I am 39 years old. I have two sisters and one brother. Also, on Read more occasion I will babysit my sisters kids. Violet is 6 years old, Charlotte is 4, and Everett is 2. They are very well behaved. I also believe that you need to not only play and interact with children, but teach them as well. Such skills as manners, shapes, colors and alphabet. As well as learning how to to trace their names and cutting practice. I feel most comfortable with 3-5 years of age. I also take care of 6-8 years old as well. I have my own car. My mother also had a home daycare when I was in middle school and high school. I helped her on occasion. I am a member at Northridge Church in Plymouth. I have also worked in their Discovery Island Nursery School. I took care of 3 and 4 year olds. My mission is to help parents that need a date night, or a sitter that is mellow and fun. I am a fun loving Christian just looking help out as much as I can.
