I have been caring for and teaching children for eight years. I have been a teacher's assistant and a teacher at my church for children between the ages of 1 and 13. In high school, I student taught in a kindergarten class room for a semester where I was no only able to teach the children, but connect with them. I had a babysitting job this past summer for three children, one of them was autistic. I have younger siblings that I've cared for as well as many cousins that I have babysat as well. I will be starting classes in the spring to become a teacher.
